As previously mentioned, one of our key goals is to maintain and improve property values. We know part of being a

great landlord is communication. Therefore, we now allow tenants to access the website. This will allow tenants to view governing

documents, the association calendar, any violations on the property, and submit maintenance requests . 

Rest assured only you can see your personal account information. One quick reminder is to please make sure

      TCM's Roles & Responsibilities:

            Management companies are hired by the Board of Directors. Georgia Non-Profit Code along with the Bylaws

for your association provide the Board with the right to hire a managing agent to handle specific tasks for the

 

  Board of Directors. These tasks are outlined in the Management Agreement. We've included a general list of

 

  services provided under our two most popular packages so that you know what a management company typically

  handles for the Board of Directors. While we work for the Board of Directors in handling some of the day-to-day

 

  affairs along with executing Board policies and decisions, it is our duty to do so while providing outstanding customer 

  service to the members of the Association.
